Only the sender of a cookie can read or modify the information contained in it.
There are different types of cookies

- permanent cookies, which remain on your terminal until their lifetime has expired or until you delete them at a later date.
- you delete them using your browser's functions.
5 - Why do we use cookies?
The sole purpose of some of these cookies is to enable or facilitate electronic communication.
Others are strictly necessary for the provision of an online communication service at your express request.
Others are used to improve browsing by analysing the browsing habits of Internet users.

The main cookies used are detailed in the table below:
The sites use the Google Universal Analytics service, provided by Google Inc ("Google"), which is used to analyse browsing on these sites and to produce statistics and audience measurements.
These cookies are deposited and read on the user's terminal equipment and accessed as soon as the user accesses a website using the Google Universal Analytics service.
They contain certain information such as :
- the domain name of the site visited
- a user ID

7 - Information on the sites
At the time of your visit, the publisher informs you of the use of cookies which analyse your browsing in order to obtain statistics on browsing patterns, the number of visits to its sites and typical configurations. If you do not modify your browser settings after reading this notice, you are deemed to have consented to the implementation of said cookies.
If you wish to refuse them, you may do so in one of the ways described below.
Users can configure their browser to accept or refuse cookies on a case-by-case basis prior to their installation. Users can also regularly delete cookies from their terminal via their browser.
For cookie management and user choices, the configuration of each browser is different. It is described in the help menu of the browser used, and enables users to find out how to modify their wishes with regard to cookies. By way of example:
- for Internet Explorer™: http://windows.microsoft.com/fr-FR/windows-vista/Block-or-allow-cookies ;
- for Safari™: http://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/fr-ww/cookies/;
- for Chrome™: http://support.google.com/chrome/bin/answer.py?hl=fr&hlrm=en&answer=95647

- for Opera™: http://help.opera.com/Windows/10.20/fr/cookies.html
In any event, users can go to the help section of their browser to find out how their browser allows them to choose which cookies are accepted or refused.
It follows from the above that the recording of a cookie in your terminal is essentially subject to your wishes, which you can express and modify at any time and free of charge through the choices offered to you by your browser software.
If your browser is set to accept cookies on your terminal, the cookies embedded in the pages and content you have consulted may be stored temporarily in a dedicated space on your terminal. They will only be readable there by the sender.
Alternatively, you can set your browser to refuse cookies. In this respect, your attention is drawn to the fact that by setting your browser to refuse cookies, certain functions, pages and areas of the sites may not be accessible, for which the publisher cannot be held responsible.
We also draw the user's attention to the fact that when the user objects to the installation or use of a cookie, a refusal cookie may be installed on their terminal equipment. If this refusal cookie is deleted, it will no longer be possible to identify the user as having refused the use of cookies.
Don't forget to configure all the browsers on your various terminals (tablets, smartphones, computers, etc.).
8 - Managing advertising cookies
You can find more information on behavioural advertising and the protection of privacy on the Internet at this address: http://www.youronlinechoices.com/fr/ and find out which registered companies offer you the option of refusing or accepting the cookies used by these companies to adapt the advertising likely to be displayed on your terminal to your browsing information.
The cookie deposited when the sharing buttons are used is also included in this platform.
