Your order is confirm when the payment has been accepted by our website. You will then receive an automatic order confirmation e-mail including a tracking number. nailmatic honors even order within the limitations of available stock. Your order is prepared and shipped from Paris within 2 working days. Our order preparation times may vary depending on the time of year:
- Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 9.30 am will be processed on the same day.
- Orders placed from Monday to Thursday after 9.30 am will be processed on the following day.
- Orders placed from Friday after 9.30 am to Sunday evening will be processed on the following Monday.
- Orders placed on French public holidays will be processed on the following working day.
Transportation Companies are solely responsible for delivery delays. In no case nailmatic can be held responsible in the event of non-compliance with delivery times.
Shipment in Mainland France
- Delivery to a Relay pick up location (Colissimo & La Poste) / 2 working days after dispatch: 4,5€
- Home delivery without signature and with tracking (Colissimo) / 2 working days after dispatch: 5€
- Express Chronopost / D+1 (meaning the following working day) / 9,90€
FREE delivery for orders totalling 25€ and over (home and pick up delivery).
Shipment in Europe
- Home delivery with tracking / 4 to 7 working days after shipment: 10€
FREE delivery for orders totalling 90€ and over.
