    - hydrolyzed corn protein, hydrolyzed wheat protein et hydrolyzed soy protein?
They improve the texture of your nail polish and turn applying it into bliss

Conseils d'utilisation

Conseils d'utilisation
Prep

Begin with a layer of base coat for a longer lasting manicure: a smooth surface for your color to adhere to.

Nail it like a pro in 3 swipes.

One down the middle, followed by one on each side. Leave a one-millimetre gap between the cuticle and the color. One coat only or you might compromise your polish's drying.

Top coat is mandatory

ALWAYS apply top coat with your AQUA nail polish to ensure hold. Wait until your polish is dry before adding top coat. Reapply an additional coat two days later.

No soak in hot water for 4 hours

Bring a new meaning to the phrase “staying out of hot water” and keep your hands dry for four hours after application. Also avoid any activity that requires friction under water (washing-up, aquabike and so on).

How to remove my water-based nail polish?

Soak nails with nail polish remover for a little longer than normal, 20 seconds per nail, then gently remove with circular movements. You can use all our plant-based removers (but the cream one). A regular remover will work fine too.

Questions fréquentes

  • Are water-based nail polishes permeable?

Our water-based nail polishes are not permeable: they don’t allow air or water to pass through and don’t contain oxygen.

  • How come a water-based nail polish stay on the nails?

State-of-the-art! We have worked for several years to develop this aqua nail formulation, with no other solvent than water. We have added a special resin to ensure that it stays on the nail. However, for it to last 4 to 5 days (or even longer), it’s absolutely required to use base & top coat from the same range, also water-based.

  • How to dilute nail polish?

Whaaat?! Dilute your nail polish?? No way. It will become less efficient: altered texture, less easy to apply, less glossy, shorter wear.

To avoid this, clean the neck of your nail polish bottle after use, close your nail polish and store it in a dry place (avoid prolonged sun exposure).
