shake shake shake: nailmatic LAB's basic move
Every time you add a pigment to your mixing base, you have to close the bottle and shake it well. It's essential to have a true vision of the result. Don't just flex your wrist, imagine you are the 4 metal marbles inside the bottle and you want to create a new texture mixing our pigments and material. Some pigments are denser, thicker than others, so shaking properly is essential.
To be really effective, hold the bottle between your thumb and your forefinger, keep your wrist rigid and launch a series of energetic circular shakes.
